As with all wildflower meadow seed mixes - see detailed species list below - it will take some time to get established, so it is a good idea to sow Cornfield Annuals seed as well, to give you some colour in the first year.
Do read our seeding advice for important information on how to prepare, seed and maintain a wildflower area.
The mix comprises 8 species of grasses and 29 of wild flowers (80% grasses and 20% wild flowers) and is usually sown at 4 grams per square metre (or 5g/sq.m. on a sloping site). It will depend on your soil and site conditions as to which species do best.
